Why am I here?
I’ve always had an issue with my weight, with confidence and with direction. So I have decided to stop procrastinating, stop yo-yo dieting, stop making excuses and start being the person I think I should be.
I want to love the journey not just the end result.
I believe that success does not come from perfection; it comes from consistently moving in the right direction. Something I haven’t done, something I want to implement in my daily life.
So here goes, my ‘diary’ of weightloss, of learning to cook what is good for me but also delicious, and of trying to learn everyday something new – whether it be a quote, a skill, a hobby, an emotion, anything which helps me be a better version of me.
